About InkDeks
InkDeks provides professional digital services including vector tracing, color separation, DTF/DTG print-ready artwork, mockup preparation, website development, and related creative or technical services for international customers.
All services are digital and delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer Responsibility
By submitting a project to InkDeks, you confirm that:
- You own or have permission to use the artwork, logo, image, brand asset, or content submitted.
- Your project does not violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
- Your project does not contain illegal, harmful, fraudulent, hateful, adult, violent, or prohibited content.
- All information provided by you is accurate and complete.
- You understand that incomplete briefs, low-quality files, or unclear instructions may affect the final result or delivery time.
InkDeks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project that appears unlawful, misleading, abusive, unsafe, or in violation of our policies.
Orders and Project Scope
Each order is processed based on the selected service, package, quote, or written agreement.
The project scope may include specific deliverables, file formats, revision limits, estimated delivery time, and special requirements.
Additional work outside the original scope may require extra fees and additional delivery time.
Payment
Payment may be required before work begins, either in full or as a deposit, depending on the service type and project value.
For larger projects, milestone payments may be required.
InkDeks may use secure third-party payment providers such as PayPal or other payment gateways.
Delivery
Final files are delivered digitally through email, customer portal, download link, cloud storage, or another agreed method.
Delivery time depends on project complexity, customer response time, file quality, revision requests, and payment confirmation.
Revisions
Revisions are available according to the selected service package or written agreement.
Revisions must be related to the original project scope. New design directions, new artwork, new concepts, or major changes may be treated as a new order or billed separately.
Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their original submitted materials.
InkDeks retains ownership of its internal workflow, templates, tools, source methods, and production processes.
Final delivered files may be used by the customer according to the agreed service and license terms after full payment has been received.
Portfolio Use
Unless the customer requests confidentiality in writing, InkDeks may display completed work as part of its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, or website previews.
Confidential projects can be excluded from portfolio use upon request.
Prohibited Use
You may not use InkDeks services for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Copyright or trademark infringement.
- Misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized brand use.
- Hate speech, harassment, violence, or harmful content.
- Adult, explicit, or highly sensitive content.
- Any activity that violates payment provider policies or applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
InkDeks is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer instructions, unauthorized submitted materials, third-party platform decisions, printing errors by external print shops, hosting issues outside our control, payment provider limitations, or delays caused by incomplete customer communication.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service related to the issue.
Changes to Terms
InkDeks may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
